The “Péter” House in Ernei, inaugurated in 2014, opened up a new opportunity that truly encourages and promotes living in a community, offering the possibility of a decent life based on normality for the adult person with disabilities.
Currently, the housing accommodates 10 residents with intellectual, motor, or combined disabilities, with a severe (7 people) or pronounced (3 people) level of disability. All are settled, happy, and enjoying the safety and comfort provided. The young residents practice on a daily basis what they have “learned” about individual life and personal autonomy, while also benefiting from the necessary support provided by the specialized staff of the house.
All the 10 residents participates weekdays on our programmes at the daycare center.
