The ‘Clever Hands’ Foundation was founded in 1996, at the initiative of the families from the ‘Faith and Light’ community in Târgu Mureș, which was formed in 1991.
The mission of the ‘Clever Hands’ Foundation is to provide an environment in which adult disabled people are assisted at a high level to improve their quality of life, ensuring them a life as dignified and autonomous as possible.
By promoting the values of people with disabilities, the foundation contributes to changing the mentality of the community, thus preparing not only for tolerance but also for acceptance of them by society.
